The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Hachinohe with easy access to izakaya alley and other local attractions. The rooms, though slightly small by US standards, are clean and decently sized in Japanese terms. The service provided is really nice and helpful but having staff fluent in English could enhance the experience. The dining options are great, offering a fair selection of dishes, and the facilities are well-maintained.
